Who may use PinkDare

PinkDare is for adults. You must be 18 or older — and of legal drinking age where you live to play a drinking game — to use the Spicy and Extreme levels and the drinking games.

Play kindly

Every card is a suggestion, never an obligation. Anyone may skip any card at any time, for any reason, without a forfeit. Only play with people who have agreed to the level you choose, and stop when anyone wants to stop. Drink responsibly, never drive after drinking, and look after each other.

Passes

A pass is a one-time payment for access for a fixed period (7 days or one year). It does not renew. Because access is delivered immediately, passes are generally non-refundable; if something went wrong with your purchase, send us a message and we will put it right.

Content

We write the cards to be playful and suggestive, never graphic. You are responsible for how you use them. We may change, add or remove cards and games at any time.

Liability

PinkDare is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens while playing.
